1.       Cancellation and Rebooking Policy:

1.1.    Validity and Refund:

The purchased package affords the participant access to the Boeing 737-800NG simulator experience for a period of one year, commencing from the date of purchase. Within this timeframe:

  • Cancellations made up to three months before the expiry date will result in a 100% refund based on the original purchase price of the package.

  • For cancellations occurring between three months and one month before the expiry date, a 50% refund will be issued.

  • No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within one month up to the last day the ticket is valid.

1.2.    Rebooking:

Participants have the flexibility to reschedule their simulator experience for different dates within the one-year validity period:

  • Rebooking requests must be submitted and confirmed within the validity period.

  • After the expiration of the ticket, rebooking becomes unavailable.

1.3.    ALPA Simulation-initiated Changes:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances necessitating a change in the scheduled date initiated by ALPA Simulation:

  • Proposed changes will be discussed with the client.

  • Alternative dates will be presented for mutual agreement.

  • If no mutually agreeable alternative dates can be established or provided, the ticket will be cancelled.

  • A 100% refund, based on the original purchase price, will be issued to the client unless the ticket has already expired.

Note: ALPA Simulation reserves the right to modify this cancellation and rebooking policy as needed. Any such changes will be communicated to the client promptly.

2.       Briefing and De-briefing:

Each package includes a free 15-minute briefing and de-briefing. Clients are advised to arrive early to account for this time.

3.       Simulator Experience Interruptions:

ALPA Simulation shall not be held liable for interruptions to the simulator experience due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to simulator failure, instructor illness, pandemic, war, or acts of God. Efforts will be made to reschedule the experience, but no refunds will be issued.

4.       Travel Expenses:

ALPA Simulation will not reimburse any travel expenses, whether incurred for the initial participation or any subsequent returns.

5.       Reduced Flight Experience:

In the event of a reduced flight experience due to the client's illness, tardiness and any other factors within the participant(s) control, ALPA Simulation will not rebook or provide a refund.

6.       Participation Restrictions:

Participants with disabilities or mobility issues should contact ALPA Simulation to explore potential accommodations within the simulator context. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and they must be in generally good health. "Generally good health" implies that participants should possess the physical and mental capability to engage in the simulator experience.

7.       Health Restrictions:

The simulator is not suitable for individuals suffering from motion sickness, epilepsy, or similar conditions. Additionally, please be aware that our current infrastructure may not provide adequate accessibility for wheelchair users. However, we are committed to making every effort to accommodate diverse needs and requests to the best of our ability. We encourage individuals with specific requirements to contact us prior to booking, allowing us to discuss the situation collaboratively and explore possible solutions together. Your safety and comfort are our priorities, and we are dedicated to providing an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all our customers.

8.       Assumption of Risk:

All participants acknowledge and accept personal responsibility for any risks associated with their participation.

9.       Guests:

Up to two guests may accompany participants but cannot use the simulator unless they have paid for the experience.

10.   Participant and Guest Behaviour:

ALPA Simulation reserves the right to ask participants and guests to leave without rebooking or refund in the event of unacceptable behaviour. Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to, disruptive conduct, failure to follow safety instructions, disrespect towards ALPA Simulation staff, or any actions that compromise the safety or enjoyment of the experience for others.

11.   Lounge Usage:

The use of the lounge is complimentary for participants and up to two guests. Consumption should be moderate, avoiding excessive use. In the case of group bookings, where the simulator is reserved for a larger number of participants, please contact ALPA Simulation to discuss lounge access for additional guests.

12.   Security of Parked Cars:

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the security of their parked cars. ALPA Simulation disclaims any liability for loss or damage to personal property.

13.   Liability Disclaimer:

Clients will not hold ALPA Simulation responsible for personal injury, death, loss, or damage to property, unless such harm is directly caused by gross negligence by ALPA Simulation officers, agents, or employees. Clients must adhere to all rules and safety procedures.

14.   Liability Insurance:

ALPA Simulation holds comprehensive liability insurance coverage to ensure the well-being and protection of our clients. In the unlikely event of an accident or injury, such as a fall resulting in injury, our liability insurance is in place to provide coverage and support. Your safety and peace of mind are of utmost importance to us, and we want to assure our clients that we have taken proactive measures to address any unforeseen circumstances. 15.   Additional Provisions:

The terms and conditions outlined above are subject to applicable laws and regulations governing consumer protection and business practices. ALPA Simulation disclaims liability for circumstances beyond its control and seeks to operate in accordance with legal requirements. By participating in the simulator experience, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks and agree to comply with all safety regulations and guidelines provided by ALPA Simulation.
