Before you fly, after you fly, or while your partner takes the controls: the Premium Lounge sits one floor above the simulator and is included with every package, free of charge, for you and up to two guests.

This isn't a waiting area. It's where the pre-flight nerves settle and the post-flight stories get told. Coffee, snacks, the latest PC Pilot magazines, a foosball table for the friendly rivalries, and a QLED TV with Netflix and YouTube for the patient ones. There's also a work corner with monitors and a printer if life refuses to pause for the day.

It's also where your flight begins and ends. The personalised 15-minute pre-flight briefing — your package, the cockpit layout, the route you've chosen — happens up here before you go down to the flight deck. So does the 15-minute debrief afterwards, along with a small gift to take home.

It's built for the people who come with you. Up to two guests are included free with every package, and they can choose: ride in the jumpseats behind you in the cockpit, or stay up here with the foosball table, the Xbox and the QLED TV. The work corner exists for exactly this — monitors and a colour printer, so a parent can keep working while the kids fly. Guests can't take the controls unless they've booked a session of their own.
